Program Directors are responsible for running the 10-month TKS program for ~120 students from across the world. Our directors have a passion for working with young people, coaching, unlocking potential, want to make a difference in the world, and have unique backgrounds/experiences.

Experience: 6+ years of professional work experience in consulting, engineering, startups, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead and deliver weekly sessions, ensuring a high-quality program experience, with support from a co-director.
• Student Mentorship: Have 1on1s with your students to provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback - especially on their projects.
• Design Real-Time Workshops and Sessions: This role requires you to stay hyper-informed on real world news, breakthroughs as they happen in real time, and technological advancements in order to design relevant content for the students to learn.
• Facilitate Deep Discussions: Learn about global problems through our curriculum and facilitate discussions on the future, including philosophical and economic implications.
• Global Community Building: Foster an engaging and inclusive global community and culture that supports collaboration and innovation within the program.

As Ecosystems Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for deepening relationships with current partners and building new ones that strengthen the TKS brand, increase awareness, and drive student enrollments across our hubs.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or community/ecosystem roles.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for engaging with our ecosystem partners (FIRST Robotics, Science Olympiad, DECA, FBLA, HOSA, etc.).
• Relationship Building: Grow long-term relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
• Cross-Collaboration Initiatives: Co-design programs, campaigns, events, or co-branded content that build trust with students and parents globally.
• Execution & Tracking: Develop clear partnership goals and track their impact on awareness, applications, and enrollment.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and operations to align partnership activations with student recruitment cycles.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will oversee and optimize enrollment conversion rates, managing financial aid distribution, strengthening accounts receivable and collections processes, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, finance, or related roles.

What you'll be doing:

• Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve the enrollment funnel to maximize student conversion rates.
• Financial Aid Optimization: Oversee how financial aid is allocated and distributed, ensuring alignment with TKS’s mission while maintaining financial sustainability.
• Revenue Systems: Optimize processes for accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow management.
• Data & Insights: Track key revenue metrics and generate insights to guide decision-making.
