Regenerative Medicine
I have learned so much about myself and about things I never thought I’d be able to learn. Throughout my time here, I grasped an immense amount of knowledge about various technologies and have truly learned how to be independent. None of this would be possible, at this age, without TKS.
I was just a regular teenager before joining TKS. My days went by with a couple of extracurriculars, homework, studying, and then lounging around. I had so much free time on my hands and didn’t know what to do with it. I was completely oblivious to how much potential young people have to radically change the world.
While I have been in this program, I have been studying how stem cells could potentially be used to cure kidney disease. Biotech is a topic that I especially enjoy learning more about. Some of my favourite exponential technologies to research include quantum computing, phage therapy, and personalized medicine.
